Disclaimer:  This would be a 5 star review if Timmy Ho, Tim, Mr. Horton (I don't know the proper etiquette for addressing Canadians) would scrap the whole 'Roll up the Rim' debacle and replace it with something that doesn't require my teeth shredding up the coffee soaked paper cup just to find out I didn't win -- but it gets the next 4 stars for being fast and hiring hype men to sling the goods instead of total asshats like every other location in town.

There's another location closer to my home but I go out of my way to stop at this one whenever possible.  Why do I do this?  I'm glad you asked.

When I pulled up to place my order this morning I was greeted by an associate who really knows how to make you feel like out of all the cars in the drive-thru, YOU are the most important customer in line: "Good morning thank you for choosing Tim Hortons would you like to try one of our world famous strawberry sprinkled donuts???"  I was shocked.  I probably looked like Taylor Swift every time they call her name at the Grammy's, when it's clear she had no clue she was even a front runner.  This unexpected wave of emotion left me a little disheveled, so I just blurted out the first thing that came to my mind: "I'm sorry I've only ever been to Canada and Mexico so I'd have no way of knowing if you're lying to me about this or not."  I regretted this immediately, but the coffee I ordered matched the coffee I got so I was definitely still the most important customer in line.

Other reasons this location is better than the other one:

    1. They've mastered the concept that people will be ordering coffee so you should probably have a pot or two brewing from time to time.

    2. When I say "2 cream, 1 sugar" they don't hear 4 cream, 7 bagels".

    3. When I order a cappuccino, they don't ask "what kind of Cheetos?"

    4. They aren't 17 year olds who continue to hit on my fiancé by offering to send her dick pics after she flashes the ring.

    5. They might have world famous strawberry sprinkled donuts.

I saw a t-shirt this one time that said 'Canadians are eh-holes' and I almost bought it, but I'm glad I didn't because I think you're a pretty rad dude Tim.

I came here after dropping my car off for maintenance at the Belle Tire located in the same plaza. I had not eaten all day so grabbing a bite was better than just sitting at the auto shop. The location has a TV and fire place to sit around and chat if you so wish. They have added some food items to their menu so I decided to try one of the new turkey and bacon subs and some chili since I have not had that in a while. I ordered and waited and waited some more. it was about 20 minutes later but I was being patient. decided to ask if my food was prepared. They gave me the "Did you order" look. Yes I did and here is the receipt. She apologized and got my order together. They must have had a looonng day. She offered me a pastry which I accepted.

The sandwich was ok and the chili was good. It hit the spot as far as my stomach went. Overall it was ok minus the forgotten meal. I would not let that deter me from visiting again. I believe it was a lapse in order completion.

I work right down the road. Since it's the only drive through coffee shop around we previously frequented there. Service is terrible and rude. Always make the orders incorrectly. Something as easy as a black iced coffee. One time they actually messed this up two times and I drove away because I didn't know it was possible to do so two times in a row. They are so terrible our office goes out of our way to drive to biggby, park, and walk in to get coffee.

The owner of this place is a jerk. He treats his employees like shit as well as his customers. I can always tell when he's working because the employees are uptight and nervous and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Many good employees have left there because of the mean owner. All the man cares about is time and quantity. I went thru the driveway yesterday, ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. My bagel was still cold and tasted like crap. And it was the owner that took care of me at the window. He basically throws my receipt and card back at me. He's also put my mother in tears more than once. The owner has no right owning a business. Tim Hortons need to do something.

This store doesn't deserve the star that I marked. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced, each time I visit they always mess up my order, they never apologize for their mistakes and they are very combative.

Prior to today and yesterday, last year was the last time that I visited any Tim Hortons stores due to my bad experiences. I'll tell you more shortly.

Last year when I visited this location, I ordered a blueberry muffin and they gave me a plain bagel. I'm not even sure how that happened.

Yesterday, I asked them about the hoagies and the price. The cashier said they're all different prices, I asked her if she could tell me, then she asked me to pull around. I didn't want to pull around because if the sandwich was too much, then I would have selected a different sandwich. I also asked for a vanilla latte. When i get the latte, I found out it was a coffee with extra extra sugar. As soon as I tasted it, the first thing I tasted was the sugar.

Since they didn't give me a receipt, I couldn't call their feedback hotline. I called the store and the person that answered the phone, "John" was super rude and didn't allow me to finish explaining, he just asked "Well, what do you want us to do"?

    Wow, was my reaction.
Then I asked him to replace it tomorrow. He said Ok.

So today I visited the store to exchange it, and the guy at the window was rude also. Tried to give me the wrong size beverage and then said "well you didn't say a size".

Terrible experience and I've learned my lesson for sure about not giving this business another chance.
